Key Results Areas

• Support donors' relationship with Destiny Rescue.
• Connect with different environments eg, government ,corporate, volunteers and supporters to bolster Destiny Rescue's mission.
• Use the database (Salesforce) in accordance with the role.
• Meeting own personal KPI's.
• Handle inbound enquiries for Destiny Rescue Head Office when required. Manage personal development  to be adequately equipped for marketing activities including extensive knowledge of campaign stories.
• Be a team player. 

Key Selection Criteria

Minimum Qualifications Required 

• Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience Required 

• Demonstrated experience in data management and attention to detail in transaction processing with high accuracy
• Well-developed administrative skills and phone confidence
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with good problem-solving abilities, efficiency, and a proactive work attitude.
• Possess excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills as a creative and analytical thinker
• Experience working for a charity 
• Good time management skills 

Other knowledge required by the position

• Knowledge of International Aid and geopolitical issues in developing nations.(Desirable) 
• Salesforce database experience (Desirable)

IT / Computer Skills Required 

• Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level, including the following applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate Google Drive applications, including the following applications: Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Meets and Slides.
•  Ability to operate Salesforce CRM software (Desirable)
