18 Children Rescued from International Traffickers
Eighteen kids were rescued moments before traffickers escaped over the Nepal border with them.
Our brave border agents stopped criminals from trafficking 66 people, 18 of whom were children, out of their home country.
Traffickers will often build relationships with their targets for weeks or months before luring the victim out of the country with the promise of a good job, a better life or even a simple shopping trip.
Over the course of a couple of weeks, our agents stopped and interviewed hundreds of travelers crossing the border to investigate suspicious activity. Thanks to their courageous efforts, these 66 people will never have to face the horrors that often await victims on the other side.

Destiny Rescue agents collaborated with Thai law enforcement by providing undercover work, surveillance and intelligence gathering to prepare for the raid. Their findings uncovered that a local karaoke bar was acting as a front for illicit sex trafficking. The ensuing raid was a success; the women were all returned home safely, and the child was entrusted to a local shelter to recover from all she had endured.
