40 Rescued From Human Traffickers
40 people, including 15 children, were rescued at the Nepal border
Traffickers were attempting to lure the victims out of Nepal when our fearless border agents stopped them.
With the support of the border police, these uniformed women stop cars, pedestrians, and buses crossing the border and interview hundreds of individuals every single day, carefully investigating each case for signs of foul play.
Survivors rescued during these interviews are counseled on the dangers of human trafficking before being returned home to their families.
