With money for food hard to come by, Malaika was drawn into exploitation just to survive. Everything changed when a friend encouraged her to connect with a local Destiny Rescue project, opening the door to a new path forward.

Today, Malaika is building a different future. She’s studying cosmetology as part of her Freedom Plan™ and hopes to run her own small business one day.
