The Counter-OSEC Program
Destiny Rescue has assembled a highly specialised Counter-OSEC team to fight back. Our cutting-edge technology, data-driven intelligence, and relentless pursuit have made a profound impact.
— Identifying & Rescuing Victims – Using advanced digital forensics, we uncover children trapped in online exploitation.
— Empowering Law Enforcement – We provide investigative support and forensic capabilities to help officers track and apprehend perpetrators.

Our Impact in 2024
Our work is already delivering results—exposing predators, dismantling trafficking networks, and rescuing children who otherwise would have remained unseen. Destiny Rescue has played a critical role in counter-human trafficking and Counter-OSEC operations across Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Nepal.
Key Achievements:
The following activities have been conducted as part of the Counter-OSEC Program:
27 operations with law enforcement involving the online sexual exploitation of children (OSEC)
116 children rescued across four countries (Average age of 12. The youngest was 4)
Agents from our Counter-OSEC rescue team—based in Thailand—collaborated with agents in the Philippines on three cases in 2024 leading to the rescue of six young children and the arrest of five perpetrators.
Since 2023 Destiny Rescue has rescued 163 children and
17 young adults from online sexual exploitation, while securing the arrest of 38 perpetrators.
These efforts rescued survivors in the Dominican Republic, Kenya, The Philippines and Thailand. Our dedicated anti-OSEC rescue team, known as Scientia, was involved in the rescue of over half (55%) of these survivors.
Investigating Australian Perpetrators:
In 2023, Destiny Rescue referred 395 suspected offenders to the Australian Federal Police (AFP) for investigation—highlighting the global reach of this crime.
